Africa Biosystems Limited is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support guests, serve as the first point of contact, handle related support functions, and liaise with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, correspondence, filing, and office documentation.
• Oversee renewal of permits, licenses, and office inspections.
• Maintain office supplies, utilities, facilities, and general maintenance.
• Prepare documents for internal/external communication.
• Professionally answering phones and routing calls as necessary.
• Dispatch & Receiving Documents.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in office administration
